Q1: Do you ship worldwide?
A1: Currently, Ninja John ships and sells only to the United States and Japan.
Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to your registered email address.
Q2: How long does delivery take?
A2:
- United States: 6–8 business days after order confirmation
- Japan: 10–16 business days after order confirmation
Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
2. Order Status & Tracking
Q3: How can I check the status of my order?
A3: Click the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email to view the current shipping status.
Q4: Why did I only receive part of my order?
A4: Depending on inventory availability and warehouse locations, orders may ship in multiple packages. We will send a separate tracking number for each shipment——please check each one for the expected delivery date.
Q5: I haven’t received my shipping confirmation email. What should I do?

- Please check your spam or junk folder.
- If you still cannot locate the email, email us at support@johnjapan.com with your order number.
3. Products
Q6: Will the colors I see on my screen match the actual product?
A6: Due to photography lighting and monitor settings, there may be slight color variations. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Q7: I’m concerned about whether it will fit properly.
A7: Ninja John hats are adjustable in size. Please refer to the Size Guide on the product page to measure your head circumference and confirm that it matches your size before placing your order.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Q8: Can I return or exchange my hat?
A8: As our hats are made to order, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective or incorrectly shipped items. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the item. We will cover return shipping costs.

Q9: Can I place a custom order for specific kanji or phrases?
A9: We are currently setting up the custom order system. We will announce its launch via the website’s News section and our email newsletter.

Q10: What does “Ninja John” mean?

- Ninja: A symbol of the mysterious and cool aspects of Japanese culture.
- “John” written as “侍恩”: “侍” represents the proud spirit of the samurai; “恩” signifies gratitude. We adapted the founder’s name “Junichi” to “John” with fitting kanji to blend strength and gratitude in our brand name.
